If I could give no stars I would. Fee goes on your credit card before an appriser even contacts you. I had to call when I had not heard from an appraiser two days after I was charged. Then the appraiser arrived late and I did not get the report in 24 - 48 hours as promised. In fact, it has been a week and I still have not recieved the report. I have had to call everyday asking for my report and every day there has been a different excuse as to why I haven't and a promise of when I would get it. I hope you are wiser then me and find someone local.

To Whom It May Concern: I apologize for the inconvenience. Below are our policies: 1) We take a credit card in order to schedule the appraisal 2) The appraiser is to contact you to schedule an appointment within 24 hours. 3) After the inspection, appraisal report to be delivered back to you with 2 business days. Please call us if we in fact fell short of these policies. I apologize for any inconvenience

They appraised the property at my borrowers convenience and were very respectful. Gotta like the low appraisal fees....
