avoid this bogus company

Our home warranty company set us up with Cutter's. Their repair men came out, diagnosed the problems and said they would have to order a part. We gave them $70(our deductible) and could never reach them after that. We called them at least 20 times with no response. We called our home warranty company and they could not reach Cutter's and said they never filed the claim. We just had a different company come out and it turns out that Cutter's misdiagnosed the problem. Avoid this bogus company!!
